PRIVATE CLASSES:

1. 24 HOUR cancellation notice is required. This provides enough time to find another person to take your spot. If you cancel in less than 24 hours, you will still be charged for the class.

2. For Assessment and Single Private Classes:
ONE Cancellation is accommodated, as long as the cancellation is done at a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Make up sessions have to be booked and attended within the week of cancellation based on availability of spots.

3. For 5 Private Class Packages:
ONE Cancellation is accommodated, as long as the cancellation is done at a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
Make up sessions have to be booked and attended within the validity of the package i.e. 6 Weeks. Class booking is based on availability.

4. For 10 Private Class Packages:
TWO Cancellations are accommodated, as long as the cancellation is done at a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
Make up sessions have to be booked and attended within the validity of the package i.e. 3 months. Class booking is based on availability. 

5. For 20 Private Class Packages:
THREE Cancellations are accommodated, as long as the cancellation is done at a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
Make up sessions have to be booked and attended within the validity of the package i.e. 6 months. Class booking is based on availability.

6. Missed and exempted classes have to be rebooked within the current subscription period. They cannot be rolled over into the next year.

7. No-Shows and absences will forfeit the session.

8. Circumstances for Waiving Cancellation: Your cancellation fee will only be waived where there are exceptional circumstances. Exceptional circumstances are at my discretion; examples of exceptional circumstances include:
- Death or hospitalization of you or a direct family member (parent, spouse, child, sibling).
- Natural disasters.
*Normal fluctuations in daily routine including work, school, family or spouse timetables will not be considered as exceptional circumstances

REFORMER CLASSES:

2. For Trial classes
Zero Cancelation Policy.

3a. For Reformer Subscriptions with 1 class per week - The Committed:
24 hour cancellation policy is applied.
Only 2 Late cancel exemptions for this subscription will be offered through the system. In this case a maximum of 2 credits will be returned to your account to be re-used for any future bookings within the subscription period.

3b. For Reformer Subscriptions with 1 class per week - Strong & Confident:
24 hour cancellation policy is applied.
Only 2 cancelations for this subscription will be offered through the system. In this case a maximum of 2 credits will be returned to your account to be re-used for any future bookings within the subscription period.
Only 1 Late cancel exemption for this subscription will be offered through the system. In this case a maximum of 1 credit will be returned to your account to be re-used for any future bookings within the subscription period.

4a. For Reformer Subscriptions with 2 classes per week - The Devoted:
24 hour cancellation policy is applied.
Only 4 Late cancel exemptions for this subscription will be offered through the system. In this case a maximum of 4 credits will be returned to your account to be re-used for any future bookings within the subscription period.

4b. For Reformer Subscriptions with 2 class per week - Strong & Confident:
24 hour cancellation policy is applied.
Only 4 cancelations for this subscription will be offered through the system. In this case a maximum of 2 credits will be returned to your account to be re-used for any future bookings within the subscription period.
Only 2 Late cancel exemption for this subscription will be offered through the system. In this case a maximum of 1 credit will be returned to your account to be re-used for any future bookings within the subscription period.

5. For Reformer Subscriptions with 3 classes per week - The Obsessed:
24 hour cancellation policy is applied.
Only 6 Late cancel exemptions for this subscription will be offered through the system. In this case a maximum of 6 credits will be returned to your account to be re-used for any future bookings within the subscription period.
