Enjoy the benefits of resistance training on the Reformer in a small group setting. With more attention in each class, take your muscle and bone strength to the next level. Through the principles of progressive loading, we focus on building muscles, joint strength and core stability. Feel stronger, fitter and taller after every single class! These 50min classes are fun and pack a punch! Beginner and Intermediate classes offered.

6AM Strength Club

(Online Mat Pilates & Strength Intensive)

The 6AM Strength Club is a highly effective, 30-minute Online Mat Pilates &. Strength workout designed for busy women. By removing the hurdle of the commute and focusing on progressive strength loading from the comfort of your home, I help you build strength and confidence in half the time of a standard in-person session.

This isn’t just a workout; it’s your morning anchor to kickstart your day with strength and energy!

  • Schedule: 30-minute classes, Tuesdays & Thursdays | 6:15 AM – 6:45 AM

  • Commitment: 6-Week Intensive (12 sessions)

  • On Demand Library: Unlimited access to recorded replays for the duration of the term.

  • Support: Access to our exclusive WhatsApp community for motivation and accountability and monthly nutrition tips.
